Adventure Circuit – Saturday Elevation

Date: 25 October 2025

Duration: 45 minutes

Focus: Full-body strength and energy boost

Equipment: Dumbbells, kettlebell, bodyweight, mat



⚡ Launchpad Warm-Up

1. Arm circles (1 minute, light intensity) – Video

2. Bodyweight squats (1 minute, moderate) – Video

3. High knees (1 minute, energetic pace) – Video

4. Dynamic Hip Circles (30 sec/side) – Video

5. Jumping jacks (1 minute, moderate intensity) – Video



💥 Peak Circuit Climb

Format: Circuit (3 rounds – 40 sec work, 20 sec rest per exercise, 1 min rest between rounds)

• Kettlebell deadlifts (40 sec, strength) – Video

• Dumbbell alternating lunges (40 sec, lower body) – Video

• Push-ups (40 sec, upper body/core) – Video

• Standing Russian Twist (40 sec, core) – Video

• Mountain climbers (40 sec, cardio/core) – Video



🔓 Summit Challenge Tier

Instructions: Perform 2 rounds, 45 sec each movement, minimal rest.

• Kettlebell clean + press (10/side, power) – Video

• Jump squats (45 sec, explosive legs) – Video

• Renegade rows to push-up (45 sec, full-body strength) – Video



🚀 Final Flight Finisher

Format: Tabata – 20 sec work, 10 sec rest, alternate for 4 minutes

• Plank jacks (20 sec, core/cardio) – Video

• V-Ups (20 sec, ab blast) – Video

🧘 Skybound Cool-Down

1. Cat-cow stretch (30 seconds, gentle movement) – Video

2. Standing quad stretch (30 seconds/side, leg recovery) – Video

3. Downward dog (30 seconds, full-body stretch) – Video
