Battle Circuit – Grit & Grind

Date: 10 October 2025

Duration: 45 minutes

Focus: Full-body power, combat endurance, core stability

Equipment: Kettlebell (or dumbbell), bodyweight, mat



⚡ Warpath Warm-Up

1. Arm circles (1 min) – Video

2. Bodyweight squats (1 min) – Video

3. High knees (1 min) – Video

4. Bear crawl (1 min) – Video

5. Walkouts (1 min) – Video

6. Leg swings (30 sec/side) – Video

7. Lateral lunges (30 sec/side) – Video



💥 Combat Drill Circuit

Format: 4 rounds, minimal rest between exercises, 1 min rest between rounds

• Kettlebell swings (20 reps) – Video

• Burpees (15 reps) – Video

• Push-ups (20 reps) – Video

• Jump squats (15 reps) – Video

• Plank to downward dog (40 sec) – Video
