BATTLECORE: Relentless Circuit Drive

Duration: 45 minutes

Focus: Full-body strength, power, and cardio endurance

Equipment: Bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbells (alternatives provided)



⚡ WARM-UP – COMMAND INITIATION

1. Arm circles (1 minute, light dynamic) – Video

2. High knees (1 minute, fast pace) – Video

3. Bodyweight squats (1 minute, moderate) – Video

4. Dynamic Hip Circles (30 sec/side, controlled) – Video

💥 MAIN WORKOUT – WARZONE CIRCUIT

Format: Circuit – 3 rounds | 40 sec work, 20 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds

• Kettlebell swings (option: jump squats) (40 sec) – Video / Video

• Push-ups (40 sec) – Video

• Dumbbell alternating lunges (option: bodyweight reverse lunge) (40 sec) – Video / Video

• Mountain climbers (40 sec) – Video

• Kettlebell single-arm rows (option: dumbbell row or bodyweight plank shoulder taps) (40 sec) – Video / Video / Video



🔓 ADVANCED ASSAULT TIER

Instructions: 2 rounds as fast as possible, minimal rest.

• Burpee to Push-Up (10 reps) – Video
