BATTLEFORGE: Relentless Strength Circuit

Date: 16 July 2025

Duration: 47 minutes

Focus: Full-body strength & endurance, functional grit

Equipment: Bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbells, mat



⚡ PREPARE FOR WAR: WARM-UP

1. Arm circles (1 min) – Video

2. High knees (1 min) – Video

3. Bodyweight squats (1 min) – Video

4. Dynamic Hip Circles (30 sec/side) – Video

💥 MAIN ASSAULT: THE GRIT CIRCUIT

Format: 3 Rounds | 40 sec work, 20 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds

• Kettlebell goblet squats (40 sec) – Video

• Push-ups (40 sec) – Video

• Dumbbell renegade rows (40 sec) – Video

• Bodyweight skater hops (40 sec) – Video

• Kettlebell single-arm rows (40 sec each side, alternate each round) – Video



🔓 FINAL ONSLAUGHT: OPTIONAL CHALLENGE TIER

Instructions: 2 rounds, minimal rest

• Burpee to Push-Up (10 reps) – Video

• Single-leg Romanian deadlift (8 reps/side) – Video

• Hollow Body Hold (40 sec) – Video



🚀 THE LAST STAND: FINISHER

Format: 6 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)

• Kettlebell swings (15 reps) – Video
