Berserker Circuit – Relentless Assault

Date: 1 August 2025

Duration: 48 minutes

Focus: Full-body grit, explosive strength, conditioning

Equipment: Dumbbells, kettlebell, bodyweight, mat



⚡ Warlord's Wake-Up

1. Arm circles (1 min) – Video

2. High knees (1 min) – Video

3. Leg Swings (1 min) – Video

4. Bear crawl (1 min) – Video

5. Dynamic Inchworm to Spiderman Lunge (1 min) – Video



💥 Relentless Mainframe Circuit

Format: 3 rounds | 40 sec work, 20 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds

• Kettlebell Swings (explosive power) – Video

• Dumbbell thrusters (strength, full-body) – Video

• Push-ups (upper body endurance) – Video

• Bodyweight Skater Hops (lateral plyo) – Video

• Mountain climbers (core, cardio) – Video

Instructions: Complete 2 rounds, 30 sec each, minimal rest between exercises

• Kettlebell clean + press (10/side) – Video

• Burpee to Push-Up (10 reps | Modify: Step-back Burpee) – Video

🚀 Final Stand Finisher

Format: Tabata (20 sec on, 10 sec off, 4 min total)
