Berserker Engine: Relentless Circuit

Date: 22 August 2025

Duration: 48 minutes

Focus: Maximum strength and conditioning with full-body explosive moves and core grit

Equipment: Bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbells (all optional)



⚡ Warrior's Wake Up

1. Arm circles (1 min, controlled) – Video

2. Bodyweight squats (1 min, steady pace) – Video

3. High knees (1 min, build intensity) – Video

4. Leg Swings (1 min, 30 sec/side) – Video

5. Walkouts (1 min, deep stretch and activation) – Video



💥 Mainframe Assault

Format: Circuit – 3 rounds | 40 sec work, 20 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds

• Kettlebell swings (explosive, full-body, 40 sec) – Video

• Push-ups (chest, triceps, core, 40 sec) – Video

• Dumbbell alternating lunges (legs, glutes, balance, 40 sec) – Video

• Mountain climbers (core, shoulders, conditioning, 40 sec) – Video
