Berserker Pulse: Relentless Circuit

Date: 29 September 2025

Duration: 47 minutes

Focus: Full-body strength, explosive power, core grit

Equipment: Dumbbells, kettlebell (optional), bodyweight, mat



⚡ Warlord Warm-Up

1. Arm circles (1 min) – Video

2. Bodyweight squats (1 min) – Video

3. High knees (1 min) – Video

4. Dynamic Hip Circles (30 sec/side) – Video

💥 Juggernaut Main Circuit

Format: Circuit | 3 rounds | 40 sec work, 20 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds

• Kettlebell swings (or jump squats bodyweight) (40 sec) – Video

• Push-ups (40 sec) – Video

• Dumbbell renegade rows (40 sec) – Video

• Mountain climbers (40 sec) – Video

• Kettlebell goblet squats (or bodyweight squats) (40 sec) – Video



🔓 Armored Titan Challenge Tier (Optional, Advanced)

Instructions: 2 sets – move fast, keep form sharp

• Burpee to push-up (10 reps) – Video

Format: Tabata (20 sec on, 10 sec off, 4 min total)
