Berserker Storm: Relentless Circuit

Date: 18 August 2025

Duration: 48 minutes

Focus: Full-body power, explosive strength, and grit

Equipment: Bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbells, mat (all optional)



⚡ Warlord Engine Warm-Up

1. Arm circles (1 minute) – Video

2. Bodyweight squats (1 minute) – Video

3. High knees (1 minute) – Video

4. Walkouts (1 minute) – Video

5. Lateral lunges (30 sec/side) – Video



💥 Savage Assault Main Circuit

Format: Circuit – 3 rounds | 40 sec work, 20 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds

• Kettlebell swings (40 sec) – Video

• Push-ups (40 sec) – Video

• Dumbbell renegade rows (40 sec) – Video

• Jump squats (40 sec) – Video

• Mountain climbers (40 sec) – Video



🔓 Overlord Challenge Tier

Instructions: 2 rounds, minimal rest. Only for those who want war.

• Burpees (15 reps) – Video

• Single-arm kettlebell clean + press (10/side) – Video

• Hollow body hold (45 sec) – Video



🚀 Final Onslaught Finisher

Format: AMRAP – 4 minutes. Do as many rounds as possible.
