💥 MAIN ASSAULT CIRCUIT

Format: Circuit – 3 rounds | 45 sec work, 15 sec rest each | 1 min rest between rounds

• Push-ups (45 sec) – Video

• Kettlebell swings (45 sec) – Video | Alt: Jump squats – Video

• Dumbbell renegade rows (45 sec) – Video | Alt: Plank shoulder taps – Video

• BW reverse lunge (45 sec) – Video

Instructions: Complete 2 rounds, move rapidly with perfect form

• Burpees (12-15 reps) – Video

Format: 2 rounds rapid-fire – 20 sec on, 10 sec off per move
