FORCE REACTOR – Relentless Grit Circuit

Date: 25 July 2025

Duration: 48 minutes

Focus: Full-body strength, power, and core stability

Equipment: Dumbbells, kettlebell (optional), bodyweight, mat



⚡ Grit Engine Warm-Up

1. Arm circles (1 minute) – Video

2. High knees (1 minute) – Video

3. Dynamic Inchworm to Spiderman Lunge (1 minute) – Video

4. Bodyweight squats (1 minute) – Video

5. Bear crawl (1 minute) – Video



💥 Main Reactor Circuit

Format: Three rounds | 40 sec work, 20 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds

• Dumbbell thrusters (40 sec) – Video

• KB Renegade Rows (40 sec) – Video

• Kettlebell goblet squats (40 sec) – Video (Sub: Bodyweight squats – Video)

• Push-Ups (40 sec) – Video

• Mountain climbers (40 sec) – Video



🔓 Titan Protocol Challenge (Optional – Advanced)

Instructions: Complete 2 rounds with maximum intensity. Rest 45 sec between rounds.

Format: Tabata – 20 sec work, 10 sec rest, 4 rounds each exercise
