Hammerfall Circuit – Monday Power

Date: 24 November 2025

Duration: 48 minutes

Focus: Max-strength, endurance, and grit

Equipment: Bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbells, mat

1. Arm circles (1 minute, moderate) – Video

2. High knees (1 minute, high intensity) – Video

💥 The Crucible Circuit

Format: 3 rounds – 40 sec work, 20 sec rest, 90 sec rest between rounds

• Kettlebell swings (40 sec, explosive power) – Video

• Push-ups (40 sec, upper body strength) – Video

• Jump squats (40 sec, lower body explosiveness) – Video

• Dumbbell renegade rows (40 sec, core + back) – Video

• Mountain climbers (40 sec, max intensity) – Video

Instructions: Complete 2 rounds, minimal rest

• Burpee to Push-Up (10 reps, full-body) – Video

Format: 2 rounds – 30 sec per move, no rest
