Iron Storm: Full-Body Power Circuit

Focus: Explosive full-body strength and grit

Equipment: Bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbells, mat



⚡ PREPARE FOR BATTLE: WARM-UP

1. Arm circles (1 min) – Video

2. Bodyweight squats (1 min) – Video

💥 MAIN WORKOUT: THE FORGE

Format: Total-Body Circuit

Instructions: 3 rounds | 40 sec work, 20 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds

• Kettlebell Swings (40 sec) – Video

• Push-Ups (40 sec) – Video

• Dumbbell alternating lunges (40 sec) – Video

• Mountain climbers (40 sec) – Video

• Kettlebell single-arm rows (40 sec, switch at halfway) – Video



🔓 ADVANCED TIER: FINAL STAND

Instructions: Complete 2 rounds, minimal rest
