Momentum Blitz – Full-Body Flow

Duration: 45-50 minutes

Focus: Balanced strength, endurance, and mobility

Equipment: Dumbbells, kettlebell (optional), mat

1. Bodyweight squats (2 min) – Video

2. High knees (1 min) – Video

3. Arm circles (1 min) – Video

4. Lateral lunges (30 sec/side) – Video

💥 Core Circuit: Energy Surge

Format: 3 rounds | 40 sec work, 20 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds

• Dumbbell alternating lunges – Video

• Kettlebell goblet squats (or bodyweight squats) – Video

• Dumbbell rows (each side) – Video

• Mountain climbers – Video

• Plank shoulder taps – Video
