Peak Circuit – Fun Strength Fusion

Date: 28 October 2025

Duration: 45 minutes

Focus: Full-body strength and energetic conditioning

Equipment: Dumbbells, kettlebell, mat, bodyweight



⚡ Circuit Spark Warm-Up

1. Arm circles (1 minute) – Video

2. High knees (1 minute) – Video

3. Bodyweight squats (1 minute) – Video

4. Leg Swings (1 minute) – Video

💥 Main Peak Circuit

Format: Circuit (3 rounds | 40 sec work, 20 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds)

• Dumbbell thrusters (40 sec) – Video

• Kettlebell swings (40 sec) – Video

• Push-ups (40 sec) – Video

• Mountain climbers (40 sec) – Video

• Dumbbell alternating lunges (40 sec) – Video



🔓 Advanced Climber Tier

Instructions: Complete 2 rounds with minimal rest.

• Burpees (30 seconds) – Video

• KB Renegade Rows (10 reps/side) – Video

🚀 Summit Finisher

Format: Tabata (20 sec on, 10 sec off, repeat for 4 minutes)
