Pulse Odyssey: Adventure Burn Circuit

Duration: 45 minutes

Focus: Total-body strength and endurance with dynamic movement variety

Equipment: Dumbbells, kettlebell (optional), bodyweight, mat

1. Arm circles (1 minute) – Video

Format: Circuit – 3 rounds | 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest | 1 minute rest between rounds
