Pulse Trek – Saturday Circuit Quest

Duration: 46 minutes

Focus: Energetic full-body strength and cardio

1. Jumping jacks (1 minute) – Video

💥 Circuit Surge Main Quest

Format: Circuit | 3 rounds | 45 sec work, 20 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds

• Kettlebell goblet squats (45 sec) – Video

• Dumbbell rows (45 sec) – Video

• Push-ups (45 sec) – Video

• Mountain climbers (45 sec) – Video

• Kettlebell deadlifts (45 sec) – Video
