Pulse Trek: Tuesday Circuit Quest

Date: 29 July 2025

Duration: 45 minutes

Focus: Full-body strength, mobility, and fun cardio

Equipment: Bodyweight, dumbbells or kettlebell (optional)



⚡ Launch Sequence Warm-Up

1. Arm circles (1 min – mobility, low) – Video

2. High knees (1 min – cardio, moderate) – Video

3. Leg swings (45 sec/side – dynamic, low) – Video

4. Walkouts (1 min – total body, low) – Video

5. Arm swing to squat (1 min – mobility, moderate) – Video



💥 Peak Adventure Main Circuit

Format: Circuit

Instructions: 3 rounds – 40 sec work, 20 sec rest per exercise – 1 min rest between rounds

• Dumbbell thrusters (full-body power – use bodyweight squat + push-up if no DB, 40 sec) – Video

• Mountain climbers (core & cardio, 40 sec) – Video

• Kettlebell or bodyweight goblet squats (legs & core, 40 sec) – Video or Video (Bodyweight)

• Push-Up to Side Plank (upper body & core, 40 sec) – Video

• Bodyweight skater hops (legs & cardio, 40 sec) – Video



🔓 Star Explorer: Challenge Tier

Instructions: 2 rounds – minimal rest between moves

• Kettlebell clean + press (10 per side – max strength, use push-ups as alternative) – Video

• V-Ups (core, 40 sec) – Video

• KB or DB renegade rows (upper body & core, 40 sec) – Video or Video (DB)



🚀 Galaxy Sprint Finisher

Format: AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) – 5 minutes

• Jump squats (10 reps) – Video

• Plank shoulder taps (20 reps) – Video

*Repeat as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes*



🧘 Cosmic Cool-Down

1. Downward dog (1 min – full body) – Video

2. Hamstring stretch (1 min/side) – Video

3. Chest opener stretch (1 min) – Video
