Sentinel Max – Endurance Strike

Duration: 48 minutes

Focus: Explosive full-body strength, grit, and power

Equipment: Bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbells (all optional)

1. Arm circles (1 minute) – Video

Format: Circuit

Instructions: 3 rounds | 45 sec work, 15 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds

Format: Tabata (4 min, 20 sec work, 10 sec rest, alternate moves)
