Format: Circuit
Instructions: 3 rounds – 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest, 1 minute rest between rounds
• Dumbbell thrusters (40 seconds per round, power) – Video
• Bodyweight skater hops (40 seconds per round, cardio) – Video
• Push-ups (40 seconds per round, strength) – Video
• Mountain climbers (40 seconds per round, cardio core) – Video
• Russian twists (dumbbell or bodyweight, 40 seconds per round, core) – Video
