Skybound Circuit Challenge

Date: 18 November 2025

Duration: 48 minutes

Focus: Balanced strength, cardio, and agility

Equipment: Bodyweight, dumbbells (optional), mat



⚡ Takeoff Warm-Up

1. Arm circles (1 min) – Video

2. Bodyweight squats (1 min) – Video

3. Leg Swings (30 sec/side) – Video

4. High knees (1 min) – Video

💥 Sky Circuit

Format: Circuit | 3 rounds | 40 sec work, 20 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds

• Dumbbell thrusters (or bodyweight jump squats) (40 sec) – Video

• Bear crawl (40 sec) – Video

• Push-Up to Side Plank (40 sec) – Video

• Bodyweight Skater Hops (40 sec) – Video

• Mountain climbers (40 sec) – Video



🔓 Altitude Sprint (Optional Advanced Tier)

*This section is optional. For advanced users craving a challenge.*

Instructions: 2 rounds, minimal rest

• Burpee to Push-Up (12 reps) – Video

• Single-leg Romanian deadlift (10/side or use dumbbells) – Video

• Plank Jacks (40 sec) – Video



🚀 Sky Sprint Finisher

Format: Tabata (20 sec on, 10 sec off x 4 min)

• Jumping jacks – Video

• Plank to downward dog – Video

*Alternate each move for 4 minutes*



🧘 Cloudline Cool-Down

1. Standing quad stretch (45 sec/side) – Video

2. Hamstring stretch (1 min) – Video
