STALWART DRIVE – Relentless Circuit

1. Arm circles (1 min) – Video

💥 THE ONSLAUGHT: MAIN WORKOUT

Format: Circuit

Instructions: 3 rounds | 45 sec work, 20 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds

• Kettlebell goblet squats (45 sec) – Video

• Push-ups (45 sec) – Video

• Dumbbell renegade rows (45 sec) – Video

• Jump squats (45 sec) – Video

• Mountain climbers (45 sec) – Video

Instructions: Complete 2 rounds | 30 sec per exercise | minimal rest

• Kettlebell clean + press (10/side) – Video

• Plyo Lunges (30 sec) – Video

🚀 FINAL SURGE: FINISHER

Format: Tabata (20 sec work, 10 sec rest | 4 min total)
