STEEL DOMINION – Relentless Circuit

Equipment: Dumbbells, kettlebell, bodyweight, mat (all moves have bodyweight options)
⚡ BATTLE PREP – WARM-UP
1. Arm circles (1 min, controlled) – Video

💥 IRON COMMAND – MAIN WORKOUT
Format: Circuit – 3 rounds | 45 sec work, 20 sec rest | 60 sec rest between rounds
