Steel Resolve – Relentless Circuit

Focus: Full-body strength, grit, and core power

1. Arm circles (1 min) – Video

💥 Relentless Assault Circuit

Format: Circuit

Instructions: 3 rounds – 45 sec work, 15 sec rest per move, 1 min rest between rounds

• Kettlebell deadlifts (45 sec) – Video

• Push-ups (45 sec) – Video

• Dumbbell alternating lunges (45 sec) – Video

• Plank to downward dog (45 sec) – Video

• Mountain climbers (45 sec) – Video

Instructions: 2 rounds, back-to-back, minimal rest

Format: Tabata (20 sec work, 10 sec rest, 4 minutes total)
