Today's Workout

Steel Storm Circuit

Date: 18 June 2025

Duration: 45 minutes

Focus: Total-body strength and power

Equipment: Bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbells (optional mat)



⚡ War Machine Warm-Up

1. Arm circles (1 min) – Video

2. High knees (1 min) – Video

3. Bodyweight squats (1 min) – Video

4. Leg swings (1 min) – Video

5. Bear crawl (1 min) – Video



💥 Main Assault Circuit

Format: Circuit

Instructions: 3 rounds | 45 sec work per move, 15 sec rest | 90 sec rest between rounds

• Kettlebell swings (or jump squats if no KB) – Video

• Push-ups – Video

• Dumbbell rows (or single-arm KB rows or plank shoulder taps if bodyweight only) – Video

• Mountain climbers – Video

• Kettlebell goblet squats (or bodyweight squats) – Video



🔓 Titan's Gauntlet (Optional Advanced Tier)

*This section is optional. For seasoned warriors only.*

Instructions: Complete all for 2 rounds, minimal rest

• Burpee to Push-Up (10 reps) – Video

• KB Renegade Rows (10 per side, or dumbbell renegade rows/bodyweight plank shoulder taps) – Video

• Hollow Body Hold (30 sec) – Video



🚀 Final Burn Finisher

Format: AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible in 5 minutes)

• Jump squats (10 reps) – Video

• Plank to downward dog (10 reps) – Video

• Bicycle crunches (20 reps) – Video

*Repeat for 5 minutes*



🧘 Command Center Cool-Down

1. Standing quad stretch (1 min/side) – Video

2. Hamstring stretch (1 min/side) – Video
