Steel Storm Circuit

Date: 23 June 2025

Duration: 45 minutes

Focus: Full-body power and grit

Equipment: Bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbells (all optional)



⚡ Ironclad Warm-Up

1. Arm circles (1 min) – Video

2. High knees (1 min) – Video

3. Walkouts (1 min) – Video

4. Lateral lunges (30 sec/side) – Video

5. Bear crawl (1 min) – Video



💥 Main Engine Assault

Format: Circuit

Instructions: 3 rounds | 45 sec work, 15 sec rest per move | 1 min rest between rounds

• Kettlebell swings (or jump squats if no kettlebell) – Video / Video

• Push-ups – Video

• Dumbbell renegade rows (or plank shoulder taps) – Video / Video

• Bodyweight skater hops – Video

• Kettlebell goblet squats (or bodyweight squats) – Video / Video



🔓 Warpath Challenge Tier

*This section is optional. For warriors seeking an extra burn.*

Instructions: Complete 2 rounds, minimal rest.

• Burpee to Push-Up (10 reps) – Video

• Kettlebell clean + press (10/side or bodyweight reverse lunge if no kettlebell) – Video / Video

• Hollow body hold (30 sec) – Video



🚀 Final Burn Finisher

Format: Tabata (20 sec on, 10 sec off, 4 minutes total)

• Mountain climbers – Video

• Plank jacks – Video

*Alternate between the two for 4 minutes*



🧘 Steel Recovery Flow

1. Standing quad stretch (1 min/side) – Video
