Storm Circuit: Relentless Power Surge

Date: 21 July 2025

Duration: 48 minutes

Focus: Full-body strength, explosive power, endurance

Equipment: Bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbells (alternatives provided)



⚡ Combat Engine Warm-Up

1. Arm circles (1 min) – Video

2. High knees (1 min) – Video

3. Leg swings (1 min) – Video

4. Walkouts (1 min) – Video

5. Lateral lunges (30 sec per side) – Video



💥 Mainframe Assault Circuit

Format: Circuit

Instructions: 3 rounds – 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest per move – 75 seconds rest between rounds

• Kettlebell swings (or bodyweight jump squats) – Video

• Push-ups – Video

• Dumbbell alternating lunges (or bodyweight reverse lunges) – Video

• Kettlebell single-arm rows (alternate arms each round, or use dumbbells) – Video

• Plank to downward dog – Video

Instructions: Complete 2 rounds, as fast as possible

• Burpee to Push-Up (10 reps) – Video

• KB Renegade Rows (10 per side, or dumbbell renegade rows) – Video

Format: Tabata (20 sec on, 10 sec off, 4 minutes total – alternate exercises each round)
