Storm Circuit: Relentless Power Surge

Date: 29 August 2025

Duration: 45 minutes

Focus: Full-body strength, explosive power, core grit

Equipment: Dumbbells, kettlebell, bodyweight, mat



⚡ Warpath Warm-Up

1. Arm circles (1 min) – Video

2. Bodyweight squats (1 min) – Video

💥 Vanguard Main Circuit

Format: 3 rounds – 45 sec work, 15 sec rest per move – 1 min rest between rounds

• Kettlebell goblet squats (12-15 reps) – Video

• Push-ups (max reps) – Video

• Dumbbell renegade rows (8 per side) – Video

• Bodyweight Skater Hops (45 sec) – Video

• Mountain climbers (45 sec) – Video



🔓 Berserker Advanced Tier

Instructions: Perform 2 rounds as a super set, minimal rest

• Kettlebell clean + press (10 per side) – Video

• Plyo Lunges (16 reps) – Video

• Hollow Body Hold (40 sec) – Video



🚀 Final Burn Finisher

Format: Tabata – 20 sec on, 10 sec off, alternate for 4 minutes
