STORMFORGE: Full-Body Power Circuit

Duration: 47 minutes

Focus: Explosive full-body strength and grit

Equipment: Kettlebell, dumbbells, bodyweight, mat



⚡ WAR MACHINE WARM-UP

1. Arm circles (1 min) – Video

2. High knees (1 min) – Video

3. Bodyweight squats (1 min) – Video

💥 THE FORGE CIRCUIT

Format: Circuit

Instructions: 3 rounds | 40 sec work, 20 sec rest per move | 90 sec rest between rounds

• Kettlebell swings (40 sec) – Video

• Push-ups (40 sec) – Video

• Dumbbell alternating lunges (40 sec) – Video

• Mountain climbers (40 sec) – Video

• Kettlebell single-arm rows (20 sec/arm) – Video



🔓 FINAL STAND CHALLENGE TIER

Instructions: Complete 2 rounds, minimal rest

• Burpees (15 reps) – Video

• KB renegade rows (10/side) – Video

🚀 MAX OUT FINISHER

Format: AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) – 5 min

• Plank jacks (15 reps) – Video

• Hollow body hold (20 sec) – Video

Repeat as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes.
