Sweat Circuit: Adventure Edition

Duration: 45 minutes

Focus: Energetic full-body strength and cardio

Equipment: Bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebell (optional), mat

1. Arm circles (1 min) – Video

Format: Circuit | 3 rounds | 40 sec work, 20 sec rest | 1 min between rounds
