Unbreakable Circuit – Monday Power

Date: 20 October 2025

Duration: 48 minutes

Focus: Full-body strength and relentless grit

Equipment: Bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbells (all optional)



⚡ Command Start Warm-Up

1. Arm circles (1 minute) – Video

2. Bodyweight squats (1 minute) – Video

3. Leg Swings (1 minute) – Video

4. Walkouts (1 minute) – Video

💥 Unbreakable Main Assault

Format: Circuit

Instructions: 3 rounds – 45 sec work, 15 sec rest per move – 1 min rest between rounds

• Kettlebell swings (or jump squats if no KB) (45 sec) – Video / Video

• Push-ups (45 sec) – Video

• Dumbbell thrusters (or bodyweight squat to lateral lunge flow) (45 sec) – Video / Video

• KB alternating reverse lunges (or BW reverse lunge) (45 sec) – Video / Video

• Plank to downward dog (45 sec) – Video



🔓 War Room: Elite Challenge (Optional – Advanced)

Instructions: 2 rounds, little to no rest. Push for max intensity.

• Burpee to Push-Up (12 reps) – Video

• Kettlebell clean + press (10 per side or alternate) – Video

Format: Core & Cardio Blast (2 rounds)
