WARCRUSH – Relentless Power Circuit

Date: 10 September 2025

Duration: 45 minutes

Focus: Full-body strength and explosive endurance

Equipment: Dumbbells, kettlebell, bodyweight, mat



⚡ WARZONE PREP – Warm-Up

1. Arm circles (1 min) – Video

2. High knees (1 min) – Video

3. Bodyweight squats (1 min) – Video

💥 CRUSH CIRCUIT – Main Workout

Format: Circuit | 3 rounds | 45 sec work, 15 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds

• Kettlebell goblet squats (45 sec) – Video

• Dumbbell renegade rows (45 sec) – Video

• Burpees (45 sec) – Video

• Kettlebell swings (45 sec) – Video

• Push-Up to Side Plank (45 sec) – Video



🔓 RUTHLESS TIER – Advanced (Optional)

*This section is optional. For advanced warriors only.*

Instructions: 2 sets, minimal rest, push max intensity

• Single-arm kettlebell clean + press (10/side) – Video

• Jump squats (40 sec) – Video

• Mountain climber twists (1 min) – Video



🚀 FINAL ONSLAUGHT – Finisher

Format: Tabata (20 sec work, 10 sec rest x 8)

1. Standing quad stretch (1 min/side) – Video
