WARPATH – Relentless Full-Body Assault

Date: 13 August 2025

Duration: 47 minutes

Focus: Total-body grit, power, endurance

Equipment: Bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbells (alternatives provided)



⚡ BATTLE READINESS WARM-UP

1. Arm circles (1 minute, dynamic) – Video

2. High knees (1 minute, cardio ramp) – Video

3. Bodyweight squats (1 minute, continuous) – Video

4. Leg Swings (1 minute, mobility) – Video

5. Walkouts (1 minute, full-body activation) – Video



💥 ONSLAUGHT MAIN CIRCUIT

Format: 3 rounds | 45 sec work, 15 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds

Instructions: Move quickly, maintain form, and fight for every rep.

• Kettlebell goblet squats (or bodyweight squats, 45 sec) – Video

• Push-ups (45 sec) – Video

• Dumbbell renegade rows (or plank shoulder taps, 45 sec) – Video

• Kettlebell swings (or jump squats, 45 sec) – Video

• Mountain climbers (45 sec, speed) – Video



🔓 VICIOUS CHALLENGE TIER

*This section is optional. For advanced warriors only.*

Instructions: Complete 2 rounds with minimal rest.

• Burpees (12 reps) – Video

• Single-leg Romanian deadlift (8/side, kettlebell or bodyweight) – Video

• Hollow Body Hold (45 sec) – Video



🚀 FINAL SIEGE FINISHER

Format: Core & Cardio Countdown – 2 rounds, as fast as form allows

• Plank to downward dog (40 sec) – Video

• Jump squats (30 sec) – Video

1. Standing quad stretch (1 min/side) – Video
