Warrior Grit Power Surge

Duration: 45 minutes

Focus: Strength, explosive power, and endurance

Equipment: Dumbbells, kettlebell, bodyweight



⚡ Ruthless Warm-Up

1. Arm circles (1 minute) – Video

2. Bodyweight squats (2 minutes) – Video

3. Dynamic inchworm to spiderman lunge (1 minute) – Video

4. High knees (1 minute) – Video

5. Lateral lunges (30 seconds per side) – Video



💥 Relentless Main Assault

Format: Circuit

Instructions: 4 rounds | 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest | 1 minute rest between rounds

• Dumbbell thrusters (40 seconds) – Video

• Kettlebell swings (40 seconds) – Video

• Push-ups (40 seconds) – Video

• Jump squats (40 seconds) – Video

• Mountain climber twists (40 seconds) – Video

Instructions: 3 rounds for time with minimal rest

• Burpee to push-up (10 reps) – Video

• Single-leg Romanian deadlift (8 per side) – Video

Format: Tabata (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 8 rounds)
