Warrior’s Grit Assault

Date: 3 December 2025

Duration: 45 minutes

Focus: Full-body strength, explosive power, and endurance

Equipment: Bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbells



⚡ The Awakening

1. Arm circles (2 minutes) – Video

2. Bodyweight squats (2 minutes) – Video

3. High knees (1 minute) – Video

4. Dynamic inchworm to Spiderman lunge (2 minutes) – Video

5. Bear crawl → Crab walk (1 minute forward/backward) – Video



💥 The Gauntlet

Format: Circuit

Instructions: 4 rounds | 45 sec work, 15 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds

• Kettlebell swings (45 seconds) – Video

• Push-ups (45 seconds) – Video

• Dumbbell alternating lunges (45 seconds) – Video

• Plank shoulder taps (45 seconds) – Video

• Jump squats (45 seconds) – Video



🔓 Iron Resolve Challenge

Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes

• Kettlebell clean + press (10 each side) – Video

• Burpee to push-up (10 reps) – Video

• Single-leg Romanian deadlift (8 each side) – Video



🚀 Final Surge

Format: AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) – 6 minutes

• Mountain climbers (45 seconds) – Video
