WARZONE: Relentless Power Circuit

Date: 8 September 2025

Duration: 48 minutes

Focus: Full-body strength and explosive power

Equipment: Bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebell (alternatives provided)



⚡ Battle Mobilization Warm-Up

1. Arm circles (1 min) – Video

2. High knees (1 min) – Video

3. Walkouts (1 min) – Video

4. Lateral lunges (1 min alternating sides) – Video

💥 Core Assault Main Circuit

Format: Circuit | 3 rounds | 45 sec work, 20 sec rest | 90 sec rest between rounds

• Dumbbell thrusters (45 sec) – Video (Bodyweight alternative: Jump squats – Video)

• Kettlebell swings (45 sec) – Video (Bodyweight alternative: Bodyweight good mornings – Video)

• Push-ups (45 sec) – Video

• Dumbbell renegade rows (45 sec) – Video (Bodyweight alternative: Plank shoulder taps – Video)

• Mountain climbers (45 sec) – Video



🔓 Elite Warrior Challenge (Optional Advanced Tier)

Instructions: Complete 2 rounds, minimal rest, push your threshold.

• Kettlebell clean + press (10/side) – Video (Bodyweight alternative: Burpees – Video)

• Lateral lunge to curtsy lunge (8/side) – Video

• Hollow body hold (45 sec) – Video



🚀 Final Stand Finisher

Format: AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 5 minutes

• Burpee to push-up (10 reps) – Video

• Russian twists (20 reps) – Video

Repeat until time expires
