Format: Circuit – 3 rounds | 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest | 1 minute rest between rounds
• Push-ups (40 sec, strength) – Video

• Dumbbell alternating lunges (40 sec, legs) – Video (or BW reverse lunge: Video)
• Mountain climbers (40 sec, cardio/core) – Video
